Air Fryer Chili-Lime Salmon

Super Easy.png

Ingredients

1 pound fresh salmon

chili lime seasoning (or chili seasoning of your choice!) I used Trader Joe’s Chili-Lime

1 fresh lime sliced into wedges

Directions

  1. Cut salmon into 4 equal pieces - KITCHEN HACK: use SCISSORS to cut your salmon. So easy and you don’t need to dirty a cutting board!

  2. Season salmon liberally on all sides with seasoning. Don’t be SHY!

  3. Place salmon in your Air Fryer

  4. Set Airfryer to 400 degrees and 12 minutes.

  5. After 12 minutes, make sure salmon is cooked through - it will be slightly blackened and crispy (YUM!) on the edges, then squeeze fresh lime juice on top - serve HOT or use for meal prep. Eat within 2 days.

Thinking about getting an AirFryer?

When it came to getting an air fryer, I was on the fence for waaaaaay too long! I figured I already had enough kitchen gadgets - but over and over I kept hearing how an air fryer was perfect for healthy cooking and a great alternative to grilling during the cooler winter months in New England! I actually have TWO air fryers - and have to say the Cuisinart Toaster style is my favorite! Here it is so you can get an idea as to the size and how it fits on the countertop. This style cooks more evenly, you can fit more items in at one time, you won’t need to stir items as much and BONUS - save on countertop space, because its also a toaster over with alllll the functions! I searched and searched for the best buying options and ended up ordering online through Bed Bath and Beyond. You can totally use the 20% coupon codes! Click the image below and it will take you directly to the Air Fryer!
