I’m so glad you’re here! 5 years ago, I was overwhelmed + out of shape. I was paying for a gym membership that I wasn’t using + my eating was out of control. I needed a change and I felt like I had tried so many things that just did NOT work!
It wasn’t until I joined an online fitness community - and started following the 21 Day Fix at-home workouts + portion control eating plan, that EVERYTHING changed! I lost the weight + felt AMAZING - I regained my confidence and became a coach to empower other women to do the same!
I left my career as a nurse to become a coach because I truly believe in the power of preventive health - and love watching women take control of their lives! Coaching has given me purpose and we’ve built an incredible team of women dedicated to living their best lives TOGETHER!
